Train-the-Trainer: For facilitators who will be using the half-day, one-day or two-day Influencing for Results: Interaction Styles programs as independent workshops or embedded as part of larger-scale programs, we offer a full train-the-trainer program. In the train-the-trainer, facilitator candidates learn about the origins and background of the Interaction Style model, how to use the various profiles, how to recognize your own and others’ Interaction Styles and how to adapt behaviors in order to reduce tension and improve outcomes. The train-the-trainer consists of preparation, experiencing the Influencing for Results workshop, which is embedded in the train-the-trainer session, practicing delivery of content and demonstrations and receiving feedback from peers and others.
